There are 2 shipping methods on TikTok Shop

  • Shipping by TikTok: Purchase shipping labels directly on TikTok Seller Center
  • Shipped by Seller: Use your preferred carriers and services

Missing customer info for orders with 'Shipped by TikTok'

If you use Shipped by TikTok on your TikTok Shop, then your imported order will not have the customer info. Instead, it will be shown as 'Ownbase TikTok'.

The reason is because TikTok masks the customer information when the order is using Shipped by TikTok.

With this method, you are expected to go to TikTok Seller Center to purchase the shipping labels for your order.


Orders with 'Shipped by Seller'

If you use Shipped by Seller on your TikTok Shop, then your imported order will have the full customer information that you need to fulfill order.

Therefore, select the shipping method accordingly on TikTok Seller Center according to your preference on how to handle TikTok Shop orders.
