Import TikTok Shop order into Shopify

On Settings page, click Enable button to import TikTok Shop order into Shopify. If enabled, our App will automatically import / create order on Shopify when there is new incoming order on TikTok Shop.

How the imported order looks like on Shopify

You can identify imported order from TikTok Shop from the following:

  • Order tagged with 'tiktokshop'
  • Order note with TikTok Shop order ID

Example:

Imported order value

By default, the imported order value is based on the line items price on TikTok Shop. When there is a different price between TikTok Shop and Shopify, then the following will be added to the imported order:

  • Order discount - if total line item value on TikTok Shop is less than Shopify
  • Custom item - if total line item value on TikTok Shop is greater than Shopify
